IGOR WASILEWSKI – President of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
An effective manager with more than 20 years of experience in the power industry. A graduate from the Warsaw University of Technology, Warsaw University and the Warsaw School of Economics. He has the MBA diploma of the University of Illinois, Chicago, and participated in many international training courses (Germany, France, England, Italy). He performed top managerial functions in GPEC (2010-2015) and in Gaz System (2006-2009) as well as managerial functions in PGNiG (1998-2004), Gaz-System (2004-2006) and PSE (2010). He was creating and effectively implementing corporate strategies bringing about a significant increase in financial results, optimized the operations of companies, launched investment programs (PLNG), changed the organizational culture of companies (MBO, coaching, mentoring, job rotation), implemented advanced IT technologies (FFA, ERP, GIS, Workflow, Scada, billing), centralized the structures of capital groups, introduced new products to the market, focused the activity of firms on the customers’ needs.
RAFAŁ MILAND – Vice-President of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
A graduate from the Department of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, National School of Public Administration and post-graduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński University. He started his professional career in the Ministry of Finance. He was a Vice Consul in the Consulate General of the RP in Malmö (Sweden) in 2005 – 2006. In 2006, he took up the position of the Deputy Director of the Oil and Gas Department in the Ministry of the Economy where he had to do with matters related to fuel reserves, supervision of the natural gas market and the cooperation on the EU forum. In 2009 – 2012, he worked for PERN S.A. as the Representative of the Company Management Board and the Deputy Head of the Project Management Section. The Director of the Geology and Geological Concession Department as of January 2012. He also performed the function of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Voivodeship Environmental Protection and Water Management Fund in Katowice.
SŁAWOMIR STACHOWICZ – Vice-President of the Management Board of PERN S.A., representative of the staff; Director of the Crude Oil and Fuels Transit Office.
Connected with PERN S.A. since 1994. He was appointed to the function of Board Member – representative of the staff, in June 2004. In the years 2003 – 2006 he was Finance and Capital Management Director. Until now he has been holding the function of Board Member as well as Director of the Crude Oil and Fuels Transit Office. He graduated from the Department of Economy and Sociology at the University of Lodz (in the specialization of data processing and accountancy). He also completed a two-year post-graduate MBA course in Information Management Systems in Enterprises at Poznan University of Economy as well as a post-graduate course in Corporate Management on the EU Market.
TADEUSZ ZWIERZYŃSKI – Vice-President of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
He has worked for PERN S.A. since June 2012 as the Project Manager of the Oil Terminal in Gdańsk responsible for the execution of the investment project and the commissioning of the Oil Terminal Stage I (the infrastructure for the transport and storage of crude oil). In 2009-2011, Vice-President of the PLNG Sp. z o.o. Management Board, responsible for the construction of the re-gasification LNG terminal, including the designing, logistics of deliveries, site preliminaries and the cooperation with contractors. In 2007-2009, President of the Polskie LNG Management Board, responsible for the establishment of the Company (the organisation, HR, resources) and for all works necessary to obtain the LNG terminal building permit. In 2006-2008, Vice-President of the PGiNG Management Board for Strategic Projects responsible for the realization of the “Import of LNG to Poland Project” and for the organization of a unit managing R&D projects. Previously, occupied managerial positions in shipyards: (2002-2006) – Szczecińska Nowa, as the Technical and Restructuring Director, (1997-2002) – Gdynia Shipyard, as the Technical Director – Proxy, (1995-1997) – Management Board Member, Technical Director, (1989-94) – Head of the Production Preparation Office.
