The recruitment process
In our company, we approach each recruitment process individually, using different methods. An interview to assess suitability for the job is the most commonly used method.
The recruitment interview usually explores education, professional experience, responsibilities in previously held positions, as well as the candidate’s expectations for PERN and his/her plans for the future. Depending on the size of the recruitment project, we also use other methods, i.e.: assessment centre, professional predisposition tests, competence tests, etc.
How to apply
Anyone interested in a career at PERN should respond to a job offer by sending his/her application (CV and cover letter) to the following address: email@example.com, entering the reference number of the job offer in the message title. If the recruitment is not conducted for a given position, an application (CV and cover letter) may be sent to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org by marking the area of interest.
Please remember to attach to your documents a statement of consent to the processing of personal data, as described below: “I consent to the processing of my personal data for the needs of current and future recruitment processes conducted by GK PERN in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (the Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135, as amended). I provide my data voluntarily knowing that I have the right to view my data and correct or delete them at any time. A request to delete data means resignation from further participation in recruitment processes and will result in the immediate removal of my data.” Under the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, we may not use the applications that do not contain such a statement.
The candidates’ applications for the recruitment process are kept in an electronic version. If the candidates do not agree to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, the candidates’ applications will be removed after the recruitment process has been completed.
