IGOR WASILEWSKI – Chairman of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
Effective Manager with over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw and Warsaw School of Economics. He has MBA Diploma from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and has participated in many international training seminars (Germany, France, England, Italy). Mr. Wasilewski held management positions at GPEC (2010-2015) and Gaz-System (2006-2009) and PGNiG (1998-2004), Gaz-System (2004-2006) and PSE (2010). He created and successfully implemented business strategies that significantly boosted financial results, optimized the operational functioning of the companies, launched investment programs (PLNG), changed the organizational culture of the companies (MBO, coaching, mentoring, job rotation) implemented advanced IT technologies (FFA, ERP, GIS, Workflow , Scada, billing), centralized the structure of the capital groups, introduced new products to the market, oriented the operation of the companies to the needs of customers.
RAFAŁ MILAND – Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, the National School of Public Administration and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Leon Koźmiński. He started his professional career at the Ministry of Finance. In the years 2005 – 2006, Deputy Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Malmö (Sweden). In 2006, he took the position of the Deputy Director of the Crude Oil and Gas Department in the Ministry of Economy, where he dealt with the issues of fuel stocks, supervision of the natural gas market and cooperation at the EU forum. In the years 2009 – 2012, he worked at PERN S.A. as a representative of the Management Board of the Company and Deputy Manager of the Project Management Department. From January 2012 – Director of the Department of Geology and Geological Concessions. While working at the Ministry of the Environment, he was also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice.
TADEUSZ ZWIERZYŃSKI – Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
At PERN S.A. since June 2012 as the Project Manager of Gdańsk Crude Oil Terminal; responsible for the implementation of the investment project and putting into operation of the Oil Terminal Stage I (infrastructure for transport and storage of crude oil). In 2009-2011, he was Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PLNG Sp. z o.o., responsible for the construction of the regasification LNG Terminal – including design, delivery logistics, construction preparation, cooperation with contractors. In 2007-2009 – Chairman of the Management Board of Polskie LNG responsible for the establishment of the Company (organization, personnel, resources) and for all works necessary to obtain a permit for the construction of the LNG terminal. In the years 2006-2008, Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PGiNG for Strategic Projects, responsible for the implementation of the “LNG Import Project to Poland”, as well as organizing a cell managing research and development projects. Previously, at managerial positions in shipyards: (2002-2006) – Szczecińska Nowa, as the Technical and Restructuring Director, (1997-2002) – Gdynia as the Technical Director – Proxy, (1995-1997) – Member of the Management Board, Technical Director, (1989-94) – Manager of Production Preparations Office.
KRZYSZTOF ROGALA – Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He completed post-graduate studies on finance and banking at the University of Warsaw. In 2001 he passed the examination for members of Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies.
For many years he has worked in raw materials industry and the finance sector. He worked as a consultant, manager and supervisor in companies such as GAZ-SYSTEM, Polskie LNG, PKN ORLEN, Fiat Bank Polska S.A., Fiat Finance Polska S.A., KPMG or Bank Ochrony Środowiska
Between 2006 and 2008 employed with PERN as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. From 2015 to 2016 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG and since 2016 the Vice President of EuRoPol Gaz.
He gained experience in state administration working for the Minister of Finance and cooperating with the Ministry of Environment.
ZDZISŁAW KOPER – Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
Mechanical engineer, graduate of the Maritime University in Szczecin. Graduate of post-graduate accounting studies at the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw [University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw], post-graduate studies in managerial accounting and controlling at the Warsaw School of Economics, and post-graduate Master of Business Administration in Gdansk.
For 26 years focusing on topics related to power industry. He started working at PERN S.A. in 1993 as a director of intermediate pumping station in Łasin. Later employed as specialist of junior shift dispatcher, and since 2006 as specialist shift dispatcher at the Miszewek Strzałkowskie Depot. In October 2009 he was appointed head of the system balancing department. Between 2006 and 2018 a member of PERN S.A. Supervisory Board of PERN S.A. as the representative of employees.
