- Fuel Base No. 1 in Koluszki: 3 tanks, each with a capacity of 32 thousand m³,

Implementation of the eKiosk mobile app – PERN’s proprietary system, complementing the set of tools available to contractors conducting collections at fuel depots.

Energy security and Customers’ needs – completion of Phase II of the Megainvestment – extension of tanks at the Fuel Bases:
- Fuel Base no. 1 in Koluszki: 1 tank with a capacity of 32,000 m³ (June 2020)
- Fuel Base no. 3 in Boronów: 1 tank with a capacity of 10,000 m³ (December 2020)
- Fuel Base no. 4 in Rejowiec: 2 tanks, each with a capacity of 32,000 m³ (April 2021)
- Fuel Base no. 5 in Emilianów: 2 tanks, each with a capacity of 10,000 m³ (January 2021)

Awarding of the Industrial Safety Certificate to PERN.
Implementation of a pro-customer service model – launching the Carrier Portal to support tanker drivers at PERN fuel bases.
Poland’s energy independence as concerns crude oil. Commissioning of 4 crude oil tanks at the Gdańsk Oil Terminal with a total capacity of 345,000 m³, together with accompanying infrastructure.
- Implementation of an Integrated Management System for 5 ISO standards:
ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems, ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management Systems, ISO 27001 – Information Security Management Systems, ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. - PERN starts operations in the area related to renewable energy sources. Construction of the first photovoltaic installation.
PERN enables its customer a continuously more effective diversification of crude oil supplies to Poland. Completion of works associated with the extension of storage capacity dedicated for crude oil at the Gdańsk Base – commissioning of two tanks, each with a capacity of 100,000 m3, together with accompanying infrastructure.
The first in history legalisation of a tank using product supplied from a tanker at Fuel Base no. 21 in Dębogórze.
